I think it’s a decent move. People would question why not buy the fund than the stock.. maybe the current holders of the fund could actually be refunded and given the opportunity to buy the stock?
any chance the company gets to reduce costs and reinvest the funds into a more profitable business venture should do so.
as for the sp.. bitcoin and alt coins pretty green today.. surprising a cost cutting measure and an improvement in the price of crypto would result in a red day..
