Never heard about an University of Brazil, no a big deal, just if someone wants to research where the young graduates that are doing some work for OGX are coming from.
The University of Brasilia is a fully funded University by the Brazilian government therefore the race to get in is intense and just the best minds manage to get in... I could be wrong as well and maybe there is a such university, however make sense we having some sort of relationship with Uni of Brasilia for the close localisation.
