I know some will have issues with the upfront but considering the territories and given the overall confirmed $ assuming positive outcome and pretty high royalty on sales by industry standards, this is a very good outcome of course assuming positive results.
We still have US, China and Rest of Asia (some massive markets) so this is a great outcome.
Good thing is that we won't have to do more CR's as I am sure part of the milestone is based on March positive results.
