Negative result will only delay the eventual positive outcome. I am being an optimist here. Yes SP will suffer short term. But for larger companies looking to lockin opportunities, they are usually prepared for delays. I think their pricing would have weightage of a temporary negative result already built into it.
As a CEO of the company, it is always a risk VS reward proposition. Obviously she will also weigh up the out come possibility of the March results.
If she does not sign anymore intentionally as of now, in her view outcome has higher probability of being positive. Sign, got more $$ & more betting a good outcome. Dont sign, it only means we are more certain of positive outcome and holding out for more.
In either case it is a positive for the SP.
A bird in hand is better than many in the bush. Nina would sign more deals if they come up and look attractive. I think we good we are in good hands here. Not to worry.

Like others here, I'm expecting a deal to be done sometime before results are announced.
The company has made it clear that they are negotiating.
The other negotiating party wouldn't bother with discussions, due diligence etc without having a significant level of keenness.
Personally I would rather wait till the results come out, but the other parties know they would pay more, so I fully expect a deal will get done after some horse trading..
