fsgs will be a small trial and not the norm cost wise vs say a traditional p3. So assuming the share price and m/c is in a much better range post success I don’t think they would have issues raising the capital (like other asx junior biotech peers).... assuming coronavirus / market conditions have settled .
id be delighted keeping 100% of fsgs by raising funds and then partnering out dkd . Will put them in a very strong position and retain a lot of the IP value .
