I agree with the first part. In other cases I would agree on the second, but the only thing that held it at the rediculously undervalued levels was that they had 2 phase three studies and living off a loan and an elusive partnership deal. This was always going to lift as soon as their way forward was known. Plenty waiting on the sidelines for the CR to get out of the way and certainty in funding, which is what we now have.
And it is still undervalued. A lot of people took the hit last September and should be allocated what they apply for over some P&D fund.
