It seems the low price pre cap raise related to funding concerns. The cash injection alleviated that along with positive progress announcements.
Scale back was inevitable at a circa 50% immediate return. Not cool that the scale back is entirely the retail holders when the allocation to retail was already so small. However from a business perspective it’s easier to raise capital from the big boys as retail is hard work. None the less, the split between institutional vs retail was too heavy in the one direction.
