Yeah, I'm one of the people who took the hit last Sept. I agree it's undervalued, but the fact remains that it's very unusual for a share price to increase by this much immediately after a CR at a discount. TBH I'm pretty happy with this SPP overall, I just wish they would come out and tell everyone how exactly the scale-back is going to work.
