You aint wrong. They've made an absolute hash of this positive milestone. I've no doubts they could have raised the same cash for half the dilution had they waited a week or two. Or even raised $40 million with the same dilution, such was the pent up hope and expectation of the Phase 3 interim analysis.
I noted that from the presentation, there is now ~680millon shares on issue (fully diluted)
