I agree Mike.
If you look at all the updates over the past 3 years there has not been 1 piece of negative news out of DXB (that I can recall). Actually every update has been lined with confidence.
The only downsides have been delays of 2B results (from the original end 2018, I think?) and the CR. Both of which have been necessary evils and without them the positivity circling DXB would not be there.
