Figure 2 compares folks who got Placebo in Second Period (i.e. were dosed DMX-200 then PBO) vs folks who got DMX-200 in the second period (i.e. were dosed PBO then DMX-200). You are right, for the DMX-200-PBO order there is little treatment effect seen, e.g. Albuminuria did not rise much during the PBO period. This is consistent with a legacy effect whereby they did not allow enough time for the good effects of DMX-200 to ‘wash out’ before trying to measure ‘what albuminuria without DMX-200’ would be like. So this seems like good and positive data to me, albeit with the usual caveats is small N and not powered for significance.
