@frenchfries57 well with that logic then every single trial ever done (and to be done) should always run to only 50% of the planned size because you "see no reason" why the results half way through will be any different at the full completion. So why bother running a full trial. But sadly it doesn't work that way. But whether you think they can stop at 144 or have to go on to 286, it doesn't alter the fact that the current recruitment performance is way behind where it needs to be.
the link you provide is a general statement about accelerated approval, which is well known. It does not deal with specific case of DXB and FSGS.
