Certainly demonstrates the highly professional attention to detail and process of Nina and her team. We are in good hands.
Interesting that the timeline for the Taiba from inception to definitive agreement was only 7 months, following the 16 months for Advanz. Perhaps implies streamlining of the process based on learnings from Deal 1 and perhaps Taiba's confidence boost from being the 2nd rather than 1st signatory.
The 7 month timeline also lends support to the thesis that a USA and/or Chinese deal could drop any moment.
