no this can't be the case....
the small increase is probably driven by stock head article and market sentiment in general....
the R&D refund was clearly outlined in FY financials ...
all I know is that a lucky Pharma will make a lot of money out of this .... it's little change for them when it comes to risk taking and huge upside potential on positive outcome ...
especially with the exchange rates, I expect to see few deals
