Congratulations to Nina and Hugh for negotiating this deal.
LTSH have been waiting years for a deal and it has been frustrating for some, including myself.
Cash is king especially for small caps, so this ~$11 million will provide a lot of breathing space.
If the March ‘24 results are clinically significant then this company would have turned the corner and perhaps stave off further CRs.
(I will eat my virtual hat now and post March results, will send through a non-virtual hat picture)
