What you don't seem to understand (given your difficulty with nuanced readings) is that the ability to forecast - at this interim readout - the 'possibility that dmx200 MAY achieve a statistically significant and clinically meaningful result at the end of the study' requires the interim results to be 'statistically significant and clinically meaningful' AT THIS STAGE of the trial process. But because only 72 patients have been dosed for only 35 weeks, they cannot be categorically certain of the results AT THE END of the trial. But they are INFERRING its possibility, early in the trial.
