you mean reference 1 about predictive power statistical model? OK great. So what? Comes back to the same question: what was the pre-planned futility threshold? Did they need to do better than placebo by at least 5%, at least 10%, at least 25%, at least 50% etc ?? Did they need to at least match what their phase 2 showed?
It's a fair question surely. Why are you so defensive?
