Yes those naive posters who thought aw yeah NW in US of A means a signing ceremony for a deal is just a formality lol if it wasn't so sad it would be funny
The USA and China deal being huge in terms of size and dollars is going to be complex with much back and forth before a deal is done and it's a huge unknown how long and how many potential partners interested.
I suppose no matter how well the SP is going some will never be happy and lack patience
