    well, for CR mostly share price goes up if insider are involved in my opinion. problem is company has negative NPAT since 2018 because of growth acquisitions so i believe first and foremost thing company should now concentrate is to have strong positive NPAT year with cash reserve big enough to have next acquisition or merger more meaning full because no point taking big debt and showing poor balance sheet year on year in my opinion... !
