there aren't many shares out there to trade with 333m outstanding shares.. mostly it will trade around the announcements only and if company don't do that announcement frequently then we will see people leaving as patience has a limit..... best is company to aim to share 1 good news announcement a month which could be winning new contracts which means sales & marketing team has KPI to win one new customer a month for bonus
