Really keen on them crushing out their debt, will save them a decent chunk of interest each year and I like the idea of cash consideration + shares for acquisitions going forward.
I think the company has timed it perfectly, Interest rates are heading up quickly so won't need to service the debt in the near future and will have plenty of opportunity to pick up distressed telcomm businesses in the near future at discounted prices when the little guys are hurting. Being cashflow positive is a massive advantage for small caps in this space.
