There is 0 chance of construction this year in my opinion.
The FEED probably won't be done until march. That helps progress the finance process. Then in needs to go through all the next phases. The permitting process will be another 24 months from now to complete given the constant amounts of red tape that needs to be addressed. If we could get a scenario where Trump fully endorsed the reduction act but a Republican win that would be a perfect result.
As Bruce has mention, 2027 production means construction is likely to begin mid 2025 at best.
