i totally agree, but even if management think raising this cash could be an issue they could easily raise via a Renouncement Rights Issue and allow existing holders to sell their rights to others. If nothing else, this would also add liquidity to a very tightly held stock. Im sure many of us would be interested in increasing our exposure to the company.
