The interest levels will rise when the profit margins are released. I am hoping for a positive cash flow and margins of approximately 30% plus.

I should have more available cash tomorrow and will continue my accumulation. I am one eyed and have seen and read enough to know that the green lights are on.

For me, a lot of the hard yards have already been done with substantial infrastructure in place. There has been circa $40 million spent on the resource and it is not only conceivable - but highly probable - that we will be profitable in the not too distant future.

The nation building narrative is the cherry on top. Ardmore will provide jobs, boost the economy and take our reliance on imported fertilisers away from offshore companies and ignite things for our farmers. The greatest risk here is of a foreign takeover but l know that Mencel and Chrisp are vehemently against such a commercial transactions.

The company has declared a dividend before and will be back doing it again.

I cannot wait to get a larger piece of the Centrex pie tomorrow. Good luck to all.
