Seems to me like the Judge does not want to be rushed through on the outcome of PDN without being on top of all the historical events and procedures that have taken place. Hopfully the Judge will look for a fair and just outcome for all stakeholders including the substantial ownership of PDN by mum and dad non professional shareholders.
