Another option would be that EdF and/or Areva NewCo take over PDN for current market cap, pay out shareholders, fob off 2020 bondholders, do some restructure deal with 2017 bondholders, trade CNNC's $90M loan for non-payment of 25% of running costs and pay out sundries from capital gain in share value after trading recommences, or sale of some assets.
Another option would be that EdF and/or Areva NewCo take over...
