Air New Zealand advises that Warren Larsen has retired as a director.
Chairman John Palmer said Mr Larsen's planned retirement was signalled last
year and a succession process was put in place that saw the recent
appointment of Rob Jager to the Board.
"Warren has made a really valuable contribution to the Board since his
appointment in 2002. His passion and commitment to the business and in
particular to aviation safety as Chairman of Air New Zealand's Safety
Committee have been hugely appreciated by his Board colleagues, management
and the Company".
Mr Palmer said Warren has been an excellent ambassador for Air New Zealand
during his time as a Board member and retires with the very best wishes of
the Board.
