Andrew McDouall advised the Annual Meeting of Allied Farmers Limited (ALF)
held in Hawera on 27 November 2012 that his biography in the 2012 Annual
Report was incorrect. His biography should read:
"Mr G Andrew McDouall
Mr McDouall was appointed a Director of Allied Farmers Limited in October
1999. He is Managing Director of the stockbroking and investment banking
group McDouall Stuart Group Limited, and a director of a number of private
companies. He has the following qualifications: BCA, DipNZSE."
