DIRECTOR: ALF: Resignation of Jeff Keenan
Allied Farmers (Allied Farmers, NZX: ALF) advises that Jeff Keenen has
resigned from the Board due to ill health. Jeff's resignation will be
effective from 30 June 2015.
The ALF Board would like to thank Jeff for his contribution during his time
on the Board, and wishes him a speedy recovery and all the best for the
future.
