A little history lesson on the leadership of HGD/HTM/NTL.

The current CEO & former director of NTL (1999 to 2021) = Matt Hill. Many suspect is operating as new member on HC in breach of NTL Shareholder Communication Policy. Matt is currently facing civil charges in a court action for market manipulation in NZ.

Matt Hill's father and a former director at NTL (1999 to 2012) = Geoffrey Hill.
I believe he is a HC contributor.

That would easily explain why he only contributed to the NTL threads when money was needed by the company.

So the constant for surnames leading NTL from 1999 until last week was "Hill"

The shake up of the board this time is the first time since at least 1999 that the company can be moved forward (if possible) without the negative overhang of someone named Hill looking after their own personal interests and not shareholder interests.

If there ever is going to be an exciting time for NTL, that time is beginning to happen now. I reckon this will be their one & only chance.

I somehow think I won't get thanked this time from a certain noob.
