    There are some really good points here. I'm not a fan of McColl getting anywhere near as much but I'm happy for Darren to get his well deserved.

    I've been involved in setting tranche targets for myself previously. Let's just say that you don't set unachievable ones. Now, in this case, will that be because something is going to happen to the company soon or is it that the bar has been set low?
