As a long, enduring holder I have no issues with either of them making a handsome amount of money by taking this company forward. The accountability with regards a failure or success lies with the CEO, hence, he get's more. Both of these men are the ones putting their entire lives into VLA! And why? To ultimately find a cancer cure and in doing so rewarding us Shareholders!
