My feeling is the board are rapt with those clinical results about to be released to the European conference ....wanted to give its two key men a big pat on back with some options.....reading between the lines ...if anyone knows the value of viralytics it is scientific officer shafren .....offering him shares at 58.5 is only a pat on the back if the board thinks sp likely to rise - for example with some clinical results - agree very positive step
