If they get $2.50 they will be doing what they are paid to do. The MD doesn't need, in my view, another $10 million as a reward on top of a $3 mill gain on existing options - that's reward enough, surely. They get paid well - why don't they buy on market like so many other directors?

I will be voting against the motion.
