    IHL was being traded at $0.8 / share just couple weeks ago.

    I am sure none of the Directors would trade at any lower than $0.4 / share at least, unless they had zero trust with the vision of this company.

    I believe this Director will hold at least until the share price has doubled from where we are currently at.
