not unexpected - commercial in confidence obligations and corporate interest crossover introduce unnecessary litigious risk ....have a hunch he will be involved in significant peripheral activities related to IHL's further progression....ie Cannvalate etc etc
development pipeline and regulatory opportunity / progression remain unchanged - strong buying opportunity for those entering imo
