Rip the band-aid off and move on!
As much as I like Dr Sud, this IHL company/business is not a one-man band.
Indeed it's the unsung heroes like Dr Mark that we must recognise at this point, as Joel alluded to in his update.
Moving forward, we have expanded our pipeline base from six to 14 priority programs, these will require some immediate attention;

"Candidates from the U.S." smells like we need boots on the ground over there to give Dr George some backup
to get our new pipelines up and running.
With an injection of $5M from the Options Raise and $5M from the Bank, the $10M just for the APIRx pipelines alone
will be spent over the coming 12 months or more to kickstart Dr George's old programs and the focus will be in the U.S.
No doubt, Dr George is in a unique position to push the APIRx pipelines forward v's Dr Sud ( IMO )
I am sure Dr George will now take control of IHL-42X trials too, (in conjunction with Dr Mark) and the new U.S Employees.
The new Phase 2 /3 Trial development plans must be progressing behind the scenes with some U.S. Trial locations / Institutions (top of his list)
For the immediate progress of IHL-42X - Dr George being located in New York, along with all his U.S Contacts, including Mt Sinai must be in a better position than Dr Sud is currently to push forward with the U.S.-based trials and partnerships they may popup.
As IHL pivot from PSI-GAD Phase 2a to PSI-GAD Phase 2b some input will be needed in 2023 to progress the U.S trials. My reading of the overnight webcast has given me the impression that we will be finished with Part 2A by the end of this year. Then an IND with the FDA will be opened and Part 2B trials will commence thereafter. Some USA-based development work will be needed.
So all in all;
Dr Sud is a Strategic Thinker - a Business incubator - and a very intelligent man.
IHL has pivoted now to commercialising its assets, from Dr Sud's initial incubation phase,
so we need "HANDS ON" people to do the grunt work IMO!
