Plenty on the BOD that where here before him that are still there, the right people doing the, hopefully, right trials. Sud is just one cog in the box!!!!
If it's a conflict of interest due to his other endeavors then the right decision has been made. If Cannvalate sell out, then we all have a problem. Don't see them selling just yet!!
