Although it is 12 months to go, together with the resignation of Gary Perlstein, this would see the SFH Board composition at 67% female, 33% male.

Probably still not quite in line with customer and staff female:male proportions, but heading in the right direction.

Surely, with one or two more female Directors to be appointed, they will finally get the gender balance right, which would be a good thing.
