His credentials look good, this could be the turning point for RMG

Mr Rolley is a Geologist and has over 30 years of exploration and mine development experience in the Australasian and international mining industry.
This experience includes the operation and management of gold, uranium and base metal exploration initiatives with Reynolds Australia, Freeport McMoran, Teck Cominco, Oceana Gold and Summit Resources. He has worked in the Mount Isa region for the past 6 years.
    Other Directorships

Mr Rolley was a founding Director of MM Mining Ltd from June 2005 until December 2010.

    Chief executive officer:
    Peter Rolley

On December 10, 2007, Daily Business Alerts (Australia) reported that MM Mining Plc had entered into an agreement with Summit Resources Ltd., in which Summit agreed to farm out 80 percent of its interest in a number of tenements (an Australian regulation giving permission to a company to operate a mine in that area) in North-West Queensland. Summit retained the right to explore for uranium deposits. "The joint venture includes Summit's Isa South, May Downs and Mt. Kelly base metals projects and the Constance Range iron ore and phosphate project."

MM Mining Plc agreed to manage the tenements and spend $10 million within two years. MM Mining also agreed to pay $9A million ($2A million within 30 days or upon receipt of approval of the assignment required under the Queensland Mineral Resources Act of 1989, whichever is later; $3A within 6 months or upon MM Mining becoming listed upon a stock exchange, whichever is sooner; and $4A million within 18 months or within 12 months of MM Mining Plc listing on a Stock Exchange, whichever is sooner).

Peter Rolley, MM's chief executive, appears to be the same Peter Rolley who was a geology manager with Tech Cominco, Ltd., and chief geologist and exploration manager for Summit Resources, the uranium mining company.

According to a report in the Australian-based Courier News, when it comes to getting the go-ahead to mine uranium, Perth-based Summit Resources "has been playing the policy waiting game since 1990 when it pegged out leased land 40km from Mount Isa," where it has its eye on the Skal and Valhalla deposits. "The next step is to continue drilling at a low-key level," Peter Rolley told the paper. "If these deposits are given permission to be developed they are world-class uranium deposits."

In March 2006, it was reported that Summit needed to raise $10 million to fund a feasibility study on the viability of developing a $400 million mining operation at Valhalla just 40km from Mount Isa.

"We are quietly confident, but we certainly can't commit to spending that sort of money which we would have to raise from our shareholders until there is a change in policy," Mr Rolley said at the time.

Rolley also co-authored a paper on the feasibility of gold mining on a property near Fairbanks, Alaska.
