This is one announcement I've been waiting for for a long time. It is a huge relief to see Mark moving away from the day to day. For me the largest unquantified risk to my capital has been how much of the business's success was leveraged on one man's output and vision. To see it in an announcement rather than as a comment in a podcast, for me anyway, means they knew that it was an identified risk worth commenting on. I think it was asked about in a roadshow at one point?
