Sorry I do understand that all listed entities do have to comply with Continuous disclosure. If you sincerely believe that the Company is not complying with listing rule 3.1, where "once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information" then I suggest that you contact ASX and raise your concerns with them. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, and not having the information is one of them.
