Hartleys research note clearly states that DNK 's offtake discussions are advancing towards binding agreements and expected to be announced later this year.
Also, they expect advancement in financing to follow.
They say should be systems all go by 6 mths time and mining construction to start mid 2018.
Hartleys report was dated 26 sept,hence 6 mths from then takes us to march next year.
That's when I expect the sp to really take off.
