He's just saying that the article references only failed endeavors. Not a big deal. You could argue they want into Africa and will keep trying (hence DNK).
Regarding the SP, I don't believe it's being suppressed. There's just not enough buyers stepping up. These little surges we've been having lead me to believe that people familiar with the deals (on the offtaker side) are probably buying up parcels in advance of news.
It just seems that every now and then someone steps up and is willing to buy at whatever price they can get. But the parcels are small in the grand scheme.
The SP needs some fuel and frankly, only offtakes or a finance MOU will do it. Until then we drift.
