    This is good news and he will be welcome addition to the board. It feels like it is all slowly coming together piece by piece for ALT. I still can't help but wonder what in the eyes of the board actually constitutes a good deal ?.

    The low exercise price on the options bothers me also as stated above.

    Thoughts anyone ?.
