does anyone have experience thru this process? technically what happens if the entity Ensogo Limited is still around after closing down all its subsidiaries and clear all legal liabilities? If the entity still has like a few (hundred) thousand in the bank - will it remain listed and potentially become another vehicle for someone else to back-door? Or will the entity just dissolve itself and return pennies (if there is cash) to shareholders?
