what are you talking about? This Nigel guy is not an accountant that does your company's books, hes an ex-investment banker, a commodity/oil guy by the looks of things.
He's either a request from the instos or he's one of Ian Duffell's mates. There is no reason to appoint a guy like this for a company like IOT
