Anyone with 20% usually takes a Board seat or appoints someone.
They wanted all the stock they got in both CR's I have been involved in (actually they wanted more in one of them but I got in the way).

Do you really think people walk away from a quarter of a mill a year and huge job flexibility because they don't like the direction. I was dissapointed to see RH go but admit he virtually vanished for the last 6 months from what I observed so I'm willing to bet it was mutual or possibly even encouraged. Paul's move is interesting - I think it is because DW will finally retire and a logical (p)replacement of the scientific knowledge on the Board - once again smoothly managed as was the departure/replacement of McHarrie. If Lions comments prove correct then part of the new management is already in place in a consulting capacity and if their skill base is more late stage commercial then research then we are in for a treat over the next 12 months IMHO.
Anyway enough from me - I was in a positive state of mind till I checked back in here . . .
