That certainly seems to be one of the improvements in communications. Previously it was always "we are talking to multiple interested parties" and " potential deals" but nothing eventuated. Its quite possible this just means exactly the same but it appears more proffessional as it is a clear ststement that some kind of official agreement has been documented, even if only a non disclosure or tech share. At least from this we can infer that someone os definately showing interest and it is not just a throw away line to nake things look better than they are. If anyone has signed a non disclosure agreement then we know for certain they are at least taking a good look. As you say psych that could be all it takes to henerate interest.
How awesome would ot be to se someone, anyone make some sort of commitment to the cpp technology, regardless of if it is cancer related or not. So far we still seem to have that contradiction that we can prove endosomal escape in a variety of cell types, yet this doesnt seem to have generated any lucritive deals yet.
