Jasmac , he is the guy that brought the company a project in the US , they rewarded him with shares and a seat on the board . Some time on they decided the project , that was so reward worthy , was not a goer . He's been off the board but has now been back on for some time .
The fact is though , the best guide to performance is a person's performance in their previous roles . I advise you to look up his previous roles and see how he performed . Find one where he and/or the company performed and get back to me . Good luck !
